Apple Services Engineering (ASE) is at the forefront of combining art and technology, powering major services like the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Books, and iCloud. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join as a Lead in Executive & Internal Communications, specifically supporting the Cloud Systems & Platforms (CSP) team of 2,000 employees who build and maintain Apple's cloud infrastructure.

The position requires a seasoned communications professional who will be responsible for developing and executing internal and executive communications strategies. You'll work directly with senior executives to craft compelling messages across various channels including email, Slack, internal websites, and All-Hands events. The role involves translating complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging content while managing high-profile internal events and communications initiatives.

As a key member of the ASE communications team, you'll help shape the narrative of one of Apple's most dynamic organizations. You'll be responsible for creating communications plans, executing content strategies, and measuring their effectiveness. The role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong relationships across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of internal communications experience, with significant executive communications expertise. You'll need strong project management skills, exceptional writing and editing abilities, and experience in creating and delivering communications to a global, hybrid audience.
