Responsibilities For Mac System EPM (Engineering Program Manager)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system hardware, features and schedule baseline
  • Manage program baseline and active investigations, system schedule, critical paths and technical risks
  • Identify and highlight engineering risk areas and partner with engineering experts for mitigation
  • Communicate project status, issues and escalations to project core team and senior leadership

Requirements For Mac System EPM (Engineering Program Manager)

  • BS degree in Engineering required (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
  • 1-4+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading multiple teams in new product development
  • Led at least 2 product development cycles for systems with hardware and software integration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to handle rapid development cycles and constant change
