Description For Machine Learning Program Manager

The AppleCare BIOS Team is seeking a Machine Learning Program Manager to drive strategy and deploy responsible Machine Learning solutions for their contact center. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on strategic projects within Apple's support business, focusing on ML and NLP implementations. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in Machine Learning/Data Science and strong program management skills.

The role involves working with a fast-paced, cohesive team with aggressive goals and tremendous drive. You'll be responsible for developing ML program initiatives, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, and ensuring product alignment with business objectives. Requirements For Machine Learning Program Manager

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience required
