Apple Store Online (ASO) is seeking an exceptional Manager for their Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team to lead the transformation of their digital retail experience. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on delivering scalable, efficient, and customer-centric solutions for Apple's largest store - their online presence.

As the BPR Project Management Manager, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how customers interact with Apple's digital marketplace. You'll lead the crucial transition to S4 HANA while managing a team of program/project managers, ensuring the seamless integration of various systems including Voice/Chat, Payments, Customer Care, and Delivery systems.

The role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, requiring someone who can dive deep into technical details while maintaining a strategic vision. You'll be responsible for shaping the strategy of what we build and how we build it, working with cross-functional teams to deliver extraordinary results.

  • Deep strategic and technical knowledge in eCommerce and/or Contact Center technologies
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 11+ years of relevant experience
