Apple's AppleCare Digital organization is seeking a Manager for their Digital Readiness & Response Program Management team. This crucial role serves over 6 billion customers annually across various online platforms, making it Apple's highest-volume post-sales support function. The position involves leading cross-functional solution delivery for major Apple product support and service strategy changes, with a focus on improving customer experiences through digital data analysis.

The role requires a strategic leader who can manage and mentor R&R Program Managers, handle complex escalations, and strengthen partnerships across multiple departments including AppleCare Engineering, Contact Center, and Product Quality teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a Center of Excellence in Program Management and elevating NPI security and confidentiality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program manager who combines technical knowledge with strong leadership abilities. The position offers competitive compensation, including base pay between $149,500 and $224,900, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and educational support. Requirements For Manager, AppleCare Digital Readiness & Response Program Management

  • BS in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years work experience as a project/program manager in NPI, product quality, customer support/service or product development
  • 2+ years of people management / cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Analytical thinking with proven business acumen
  • Adaptability to thrive in significant ambiguity
  • Operational and strategic leadership skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
