Apple's AppleCare Digital organization is seeking a Manager for their Digital Readiness & Response Program Management team. This crucial role serves over 6 billion customers annually across various digital platforms, leading cross-functional solution delivery for major Apple product support and service strategy changes. The position combines technical leadership with strategic thinking, requiring expertise in program management, team leadership, and digital operations.

The role involves managing a team of talented R&R Program Managers while working closely with AppleCare Engineering, Contact Center, SWE Program Office, Operations Product Quality, Retail, and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing sustainable processes, building a Center of Excellence, and elevating NPI security and confidentiality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program manager with strong leadership skills who wants to make a significant impact on Apple's customer support experience. The role offers competitive compensation, including base pay between $149,500 and $224,900, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and education reimbursement.

Responsibilities For Manager, AppleCare Digital Readiness & Response Program Management

  • Lead team of R&R Program Managers and influence broader AppleCare organization
  • Provide support in navigating complex escalations and customer journey centric strategy
  • Establish sustainable processes for critical metrics in cross-functional programs
  • Build a Center of Excellence for Project/Program Management
  • Manage NPI security and confidentiality
  • Ensure timely delivery of product launch aspects for AppleCare Digital
  • Incorporate AppleCare Digital metrics into NPI and post-launch support processes

Requirements For Manager, AppleCare Digital Readiness & Response Program Management

  • BS in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years work experience as a project/program manager in NPI, product quality, customer support/service or product development
  • 2+ years of people management / cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Analytical thinking with proven business acumen
  • Adaptability to thrive in significant ambiguity
  • Operational and strategic leadership skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
