Responsibilities For Manager, AppleCare IVR Support Programs

  • Lead the AppleCare IVR portfolio
  • Shape Apple Support's global strategy
  • Own roadmap for internal and customer-facing initiatives
  • Manage AppleCare's capital investment portfolio
  • Collaborate with partners across AppleCare, IS&T, Retail, Product Marketing, Hardware and Software Engineering
  • Navigate risk and align expectations across project lifecycle
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Create process flows and optimization models

Requirements For Manager, AppleCare IVR Support Programs

  • BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business preferred
  • 5+ years experience in IVR project/program management or similar technologies
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional projects within contact centers
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information globally
