Manager, Engineering Program Management, Analytics & Data Engineering - Apple Services Engineering

The Apple Services Engineering team is seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of Engineering Program Managers (EPM) that execute engineering projects & programs for their Video business. This role involves partnering with stakeholders & engineering teams to deliver exceptional products. The position requires hands-on project management skills, including project scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, timeline planning, and executive communication. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Client and Server Engineering, Production Support, Quality Assurance, Information Security, and Privacy Engineering. This role demands the ability to navigate significant ambiguity to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Engineering Program Managers
• Managing projects from initial intake through all stages of execution and delivery
• Collaborating with various cross-functional teams
• Communicating with executive audiences regularly
• Navigating ambiguity to deliver projects on time and with high quality

Qualifications:

• Experience leading or managing technical programs
• Technical project/program management experience
• Understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong facilitation skills for complex, cross-functional projects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications include experience with digital marketing technologies, automation, analytics, big data engineering, and a passion for protecting privacy while delivering key product insights.
