  • Create process development schedules indicating critical path and key decision milestones
  • Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the Manufacturing Design organization
  • Drive suppliers, integrate their deliverables and schedules into the overall project
  • Utilize a multi-functional team of engineers to meet overall program objectives
  • Lead meetings and document action items and progress
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting schedule commitments
  • Drive issue resolution and risk management
  • Coordinate weekly exec level presentations

Requirements For Manufacturing Design Program Manager (MDPM)

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product development
  • Ability to travel internationally 25%+
