As an MDPM, you'll be responsible for managing innovation and challenging technical teams to implement new processes. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of professional experience and 2+ years of program management expertise in product development. Responsibilities For Manufacturing Design Program Manager (MDPM)

  • Create process development schedules indicating critical path and key decision milestones
  • Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within Manufacturing Design organization
  • Drive suppliers, integrate their deliverables and schedules into the overall project
  • Lead meetings and document action items and progress
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting schedule commitments
  • Drive issue resolution and risk management
  • Coordinate weekly exec level presentations
  • Manage innovation within the manufacturing design team

Requirements For Manufacturing Design Program Manager (MDPM)

  • 7+ years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of program management experience in concept to market product development
  • Ability to travel internationally 25%+
