Responsibilities For Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Enclosures

  • Partner with tooling and functional teams to evaluate design and processes at the concept phase
  • Develop measurement technologies, control strategies, information systems, and manufacturing methods
  • Develop and implement quality inspection tools for cosmetic and dimensional part characteristics
  • Compile and evaluate data for process and part specifications
  • Lead activities to balance quality with scalable yields
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups on quality expectations
  • Coordinate Quality Engineering functions for multiple programs
  • Expand team capabilities and recruit new engineers
  • Establish audit procedures for program and supplier quality standards
  • Evaluate and communicate yields of new and existing processes

Requirements For Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Enclosures

  • BS in Engineering: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing systems engineering, Chemical engineering or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and Quality Control
  • Ability to travel internationally to supplier sites - 30%
