As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be integral to the development of new technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams including electrical and optical engineers. Your responsibilities will span from initial concept development through to prototype validation, requiring expertise in 3D modeling, mechanical analysis, and design optimization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in mechanical product design, particularly in optomechanical systems, along with proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably NX) and FEA modeling. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where you'll need to balance technical requirements with manufacturing constraints, ensuring designs are both innovative and producible.

Requirements For Mechanical Design Engineer - Biophotonics

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Understanding of tight-tolerance fabrication and assembly techniques
