The position involves translating custom mixed-signal circuit schematics into efficient SystemVerilog behavioral models for high-level simulations.

The role requires close collaboration with circuit design teams to understand custom circuits and DV teams to create effective verification solutions. You'll be responsible for running simulations, ensuring model accuracy, and implementing targeted checks. This position offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in full custom analog and high-speed digital circuits while gaining insights into IPs used for chip-environment interfaces.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $135,400 to $250,600, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and education reimbursement. Responsibilities For Mixed-Signal Behavioral Modeling Engineer

  • Translate custom mixed-signal circuit schematics into efficient SystemVerilog behavioral models
  • Interact with circuit design teams to understand circuit details
  • Work with DV teams to craft hooks for effective verification
  • Run simulations and formal equivalence tools
  • Code targeted checks within models

Requirements For Mixed-Signal Behavioral Modeling Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of digital logic gates, clocking and state elements
  • Excellent knowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog with ability to write behavioral code
  • Ability to read custom circuit schematics and understand functionality
  • Solid understanding of logic and behavioral simulations
  • Basics of passive and active circuit elements, voltage and current sources, and analog blocks
