Responsibilities For Motion Sensing Engineering Program Manager

  • Lead cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, process, reliability, and software engineering
  • Own executive communication and drive decision-making process with engineering partners
  • Own program plan/schedule and execution to integrate motion sensors into Apple products
  • Prioritize objectives and direct the team to deliver on what matters
  • Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Support product builds and system level yield and reliability issues
  • Support internal proof-of-concept hardware and software developments
  • Help develop motion sensing roadmap and technology investigations

Requirements For Motion Sensing Engineering Program Manager

  • Product development or engineering experience shipping consumer electronic systems
  • 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management
  • Master's degree in physics or engineering field
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally if required
  • MEMS experience or familiarity (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Solid problem solving, failure analysis, and debugging skills
