Description For NAND ATE Test Engineer

Apple is seeking a NAND ATE Test Engineer to join their Hardware team in crafting and building technology that powers Apple's devices. Responsibilities For NAND ATE Test Engineer

  • Define and support qualification and testing of SSD/NAND solution
  • Create test validation checklists and work in cross-functional teams to ensure quality and performance
  • Lead internal engineering teams in system and component failure analysis and defining corrective actions
  • Develop and manage SSD/NAND stress test rack qualification testing at the system level

Requirements For NAND ATE Test Engineer

Linux
  • BS degree
  • Familiarity with memory automated test equipment (ATE) including Advantest, Teradyne, or similar
  • Experience with memory systems, technologies, and processing, such as NAND
  • Programming ability in C or C++ and automation scripting languages such as LUA, Python, MATLAB, or similar
