Responsibilities For Operations Program Manager - Accessory

  • Lead OEM Operations team in planning and executing development builds and new product ramps
  • Drive ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams
  • Plan capacity and lead factory capital equipment budgeting
  • Handle module readiness to ensure part availability, quality and cost
  • Communicate requirements and schedules with supply chain teams
  • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness
  • Lead communications throughout the organization
  • Raise key issues and options for resolution with executive teams
  • Lead program readiness reviews
  • Lead operations development builds onsite at suppliers
  • Present in weekly meetings with large multi-functional teams and executives

Requirements For Operations Program Manager - Accessory

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelors in Engineering (Masters in Engineering or MBA is a plus)
  • Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
  • Data-driven decision making skills
  • High attention to detail
