Description For Operations Program Manager, Post Ramp Qualification

Apple is seeking an Operations Program Manager for Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) to lead the qualification of new components, modules, and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring Apple maintains its reputation for delivering best-in-class quality products to customers on time.

  • Coordinate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) team in planning and executing builds
  • Influence Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams on key decisions
  • Lead all communications through the organization
  • Communicate KPI metrics to executive team through Dashboards and reports

Requirements For Operations Program Manager, Post Ramp Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Ability to travel up to ~15%
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau for business metrics reporting
  • Outstanding interpersonal, multi-tasking, and management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
