Description For Operations Program Manager, Post Ramp Qualification

Apple is seeking an Operations Program Manager for Post Ramp Qualification (PRQ) to lead the qualification of new components, modules, and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring best-in-class quality products are delivered to customers on time. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and facilitator who excels in program management and thrives in an ambiguous environment. You'll work closely with engineering teams to establish timelines, benchmarks, and requirements for qualifying changes to shipping products.

The position requires a technical background to effectively collaborate with highly skilled engineering teams in identifying risks, exploring solutions, reaching consensus, and executing mitigations swiftly. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with OEM teams, and driving key decisions across Operations, Quality, and Engineering departments.
