Responsibilities For Optical Sensing ASIC Architect (EE)
- Work with optical/system team to architect and define electro-optical sensing systems
- Define custom IC architecture and requirements including detailed block diagrams and specifications
- Perform ASIC system modeling with high level tools
- Review IC design/development process with vendors
- Support ASIC characterization/validation and system integration
- Conduct sensing system feasibility studies and system modeling
- Prototype proof of concept and function demonstration for roadmap development
Requirements For Optical Sensing ASIC Architect (EE)
- BS and minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
- Strong electrical engineering background
- Experience in analog/mixed signal IC design
- Track record of successful IC architecture
- Understanding of electrical circuits and semiconductor processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MATLAB, SPICE, or similar simulation tools
