Responsibilities For PMIC Engineering Program Manager

  • Drive technical issue resolution to deliver innovative silicon
  • Drive internal program process for silicon definition and design execution
  • Drive integration of PMU analog IPs into Apple System-on-Chip (SoC) schedules
  • Interface with multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware and Core Software
  • Lead technical sessions with suppliers/design partners
  • Manage issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks & status

Requirements For PMIC Engineering Program Manager

Linux
  • BS or MS Degree in technical field
  • Minimum 10 years of design experience in SOC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design, Power Management Chip design or Technology process development
  • Deep knowledge of ASIC & VLSI design flows
  • Experience in leading silicon projects from concept to production
