Apple's AppleCare Business Insight, Operations and Systems (ACBIOS) team is seeking a Support Insight Data Scientist to drive innovation in software quality analysis and customer experience enhancement. This role combines advanced machine learning techniques with practical business applications to improve Apple's product support systems.

The position requires expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and anomaly detection, with a focus on analyzing customer support data to derive actionable insights. You'll be working with state-of-the-art technologies to build and implement models that identify patterns in customer contacts and help improve product quality.

  • MA or MS degree in statistical analysis, computer science, data science, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in deploying data science, machine learning, or anomaly detection techniques
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, preferably in Snowflake
  • Experience with anomaly and outlier detection methods and algorithms
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience using packages such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
