Apple is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, focusing on the Shopping Experience. This role is part of the team responsible for Apple's largest store, aiming to deliver a magical, personal digital experience for customers to shop, buy, and learn about Apple products online. The ideal candidate will drive the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities, shaping the future of online shopping at Apple.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and plans to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage the technical product roadmap for Digital Shopping Experiences
- Drive product discovery, requirements, and delivery of new capabilities
- Communicate ideas, plans, and program status to partners and leadership
The role requires significant collaboration with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering seamless omni-channel experiences for Apple customers.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science or a similar technical degree, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of Product Management and Project/Program Management experience in e-commerce or consumer digital experiences
- Strong technical understanding of web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in developing multi-year experience and capability roadmaps
- Proficiency in leveraging data and insights for designing global customer-facing programs
- Familiarity with business analysis, process improvement, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI and Deep Learning, and their applications in digital commerce
- Ability to challenge conventions and identify optimal solutions for customers
- Experience in delivering marketing capabilities on large e-commerce platforms
