Apple's Home Hardware Reliability Engineering team is seeking a dedicated System Reliability Engineer to ensure and improve product durability and reliability.   • Developing new reliability tests procedures and specifications
  • Preparing concise and detailed test plans and analyzing test reports
  • Statistically analyzing data to provide design risk assessments
  • Presenting tests, results, and risk assessments to management and executive teams
  • Researching new technologies to understand unique failure mechanisms
  • Guiding design and interacting with diverse groups to improve product reliability

Requirements For Reliability Engineer - Home

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science Engineering and 3+ years of experience in a related field or industry
  • Experience performing reliability testing including mechanical stress tests, shock/drop/vibration testing, environmental testing
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally, as needed
