SAP SM/SD Engineering Project Manager, Enterprise Systems

Apple's SAP Global Systems organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead initiatives in Service Management business areas. This role sits within the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) department, which is responsible for managing critical business and technical infrastructure across Apple's global operations.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in SAP configuration, specifically in service management and project leadership. You'll be working with a dynamic team that powers Apple's core operations including Sales, Manufacturing, Distribution, Service, and Financials.

As the SAP techno-functional lead, you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your role will involve analyzing complex cross-functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and implementing global solutions within predetermined constraints. You'll work extensively with SAP's Customer Service solution, managing aspects of service contract sales, warranty claims, and service logistics.

Key responsibilities include developing functional specifications, setting up data models, implementing interfaces across various systems, and ensuring PII/PCI compliance. You'll also lead integration testing and engineer monitoring solutions for business operations. The role requires expertise in SAP S/4 HANA architecture and experience with B2B systems integration.
