This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, overseeing critical infrastructure and maintenance operations. The position requires deep knowledge of semiconductor industry processes, including MOCVD, photolithography, and thin film deposition.
The role demands expertise in facility operations, including HVAC systems, cleanroom operations, and safety protocols. You'll be responsible for managing a team that maintains sophisticated processing tools and facility support equipment. The position involves hands-on coordination of major facilities equipment repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Key responsibilities include establishing training systems, ensuring safety compliance, and managing lab operations. You'll interact with cross-functional teams, external partners, and government agencies. The role requires participation in rotating on-call duties and weekend/holiday work when necessary.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience working with hazardous materials and gas systems, along with a strong understanding of industrial-grade HVAC systems. A background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred, along with knowledge of SCADA systems and energy management.
