Description For Senior Bluetooth Standard Architect

Join Apple's Wireless Technology and Ecosystems organization as a Senior Bluetooth Standards Architect, where you'll be part of a world-class engineering team developing wireless solutions used by millions worldwide. In this role, you'll lead Bluetooth system requirements, architecture, and design, working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate key Bluetooth features into Apple's products. You'll represent Apple in Bluetooth SIG and other standards bodies to advance strategic interests.

As a key technical leader, you'll guide internal teams on Bluetooth software and hardware development, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Bluetooth technology, including versions 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, and emerging features. You should understand the Bluetooth stack comprehensively and have experience with certification testing.   • In depth understanding on Bluetooth stack from controller to host through HCI
  • In depth understanding of Bluetooth certification testing, requirements and policies
  • Experience in defining detailed feature requirements, writing specifications and design documents, and test cases
