Senior Design Manager

Apple is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead their cross-product Tools HI design team. This role involves crafting products and experiences that impact people's lives in innovative ways across Apple's Services, including the App Store, Apple Music, and TV+. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user experience design and shaping partner tools that power Apple Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and user-centric tools for service partners
• Delivering projects under tight deadlines with input from senior-level stakeholders
• Maintaining Apple's high standards of visual quality and design aesthetic
• Ensuring all designs are functional, comprehensive, and align with Apple's design standards
• Paying attention to design details, including patterns, consistency, color use, and typography

The role requires:

• 10+ years of design experience, focusing on web or Apple OS interfaces
• Strong creative leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities to convey strategy and vision to various teams
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Keynote
• Experience in designing web tools or software for professionals
• Familiarity with inclusive design and accessibility

This position offers a competitive base pay range of $219,300 to $378,700, along with additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and educational reimbursement opportunities.
