Apple Services Engineering (ASE) is seeking an exceptional Senior Engineering Program Manager to join their Cloud Services Engineering team. This role combines technical leadership with program management expertise, focusing on delivering innovative cloud infrastructure solutions at Apple's massive scale. The position involves working with a diverse team that powers major Apple services including App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books, serving over 150 countries in 35+ languages.

The ideal candidate will lead complex program roadmaps for cloud products, working closely with developers, engineering managers, designers, and product managers. They will be responsible for establishing program scope, managing risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives. The role requires someone with strong technical background in cloud architecture and distributed systems, combined with excellent program management skills.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple interdependent projects, influencing without authority, and providing thought leadership in cloud infrastructure.
