Senior Engineering Program Manager, iCloud SRE, Apple Services Engineering

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join the Apple Service Engineering organization, specifically for the iCloud SRE team. This role involves building and running services used by millions of customers daily, focusing on service availability, scalability, and security. The position requires managing complex projects, from deploying infrastructure environments to supporting feature launches and hardware deployments. Key responsibilities include building partner trust, reducing complexity, facilitating strategic decisions, and leading teams of project managers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in program and project management, complemented by technical abilities in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive projects for various areas of the Apple iCloud SRE team
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure environments and support feature launches
• Handle hardware deployments, decommissions, and complex system changes
• Oversee tech refreshes, data migrations, and service outage remediation
• Participate in CapEx planning and scaling operations
• Develop process improvements and standard operating procedures
• Lead and grow teams of project managers
• Analyze business risks, needs, and requirements
• Represent the team in problem-solving and engineering discussions
