Senior Software Engineer - Home Ecosystem (Frameworks)

Join Apple's iOS DockKit Team in the WTE division to help make iOS the best Perception Algorithm development platform. The team recently delivered the DockKit Framework for Motorized Camera stands and is expanding their work at the intersection of DockKit Accessories, Algorithms, and Experiences. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a core developer responsible for new framework and daemon suite development, with full ownership of iOS platform software from prototype to deployment. You'll work on impactful features and transform initial concepts into highly reliable software solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in iOS development, particularly in daemon development, frameworks, and interprocess communication. You'll be handling real-world deployment issues of multi-device communication by optimizing threading, processor priorities, and interfaces. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience and thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
