Join Apple's Sensor Software and Prototyping (SSP) Data team in a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive the development of groundbreaking features across Apple's ecosystem. This senior management position oversees software engineering teams responsible for data collection software on both prototype and shipping hardware, including VisionPro, Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad. The role is instrumental in powering innovative features in Health (Heart Rate, ECG), Sensing (TouchID, FaceID, Multitouch, Hand Gestures), and Computer Vision (SLAM, Scene Understanding, Gaze tracking, Hand and Body Tracking).

Requirements For Senior Software Engineering Manager, SSP Data

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar area
  • 5+ years leading a team focused on macOS, iOS, tvOS, visionOS or watchOS development
  • 3+ years leading at least one manager
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, or C++
  • A proven track record of strategic leadership of a large team
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills
