Responsibilities For Service Architecture Engineer

  • Design, develop, run, and document experiments focused on product serviceability
  • Drive and track Product Design, Repairability and Regulatory standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to inform design decisions and communicate risks
  • Design processes for Apple products across every product line
  • Manage and maintain lab environment including supplies and equipment
  • Set up new repair, test, and lab equipment
  • Prepare presentations and communicate results to stakeholders

Requirements For Service Architecture Engineer

  • 5 years of experience as a service engineer/technician with organizational skills
  • 1+ years experience with project management tools and schedule management
  • 1+ years experience with Apple Service ecosystem and processes
  • 1+ years experience leading manufacturing experiments and validations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Experience with global service regulatory space
