Sevices Engineer

Apple's Fleet Operations Engineering group is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support their Global Compute Infrastructure. This role is crucial in maintaining uptime for essential services like Apple Pay, iCloud, Music, TV, Maps, News, FaceTime, Siri, and more. The position combines technical expertise with customer support, focusing on cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Apple's cloud infrastructure while driving key initiatives in automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and various virtualization platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including SRE, QA, and Development.
