Responsibilities For Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineering Program Manager

  • Lead and track development schedules of groundbreaking technologies
  • Communicate status to the project team and executive management
  • Drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Bring visibility of SIPI to senior management through excellent communications

Requirements For Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineering Program Manager

  • BS in Engineering discipline and 10+ years relevant experience
  • Proven product development experience in signal and power integrity, high-speed SERDES, PLL or related field
  • Experience in technical leadership and/or project management experience
  • Electrical engineering background
  • Experience in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
