You will be responsible for hands-on physical and electrical failure analysis at the silicon level, working with advanced technology nodes. Your responsibilities include conducting electrical and physical fault isolation, developing comprehensive FA methodologies, and preparing technical reports. You'll collaborate with multi-functional teams to launch the world's most premiere products.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant industry experience, though an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field is preferred. You should possess deep understanding of semiconductor physics, IC design, and advanced fabrication processes. Experience with various EFA tools and techniques such as LIT, FIB, SEM, and others is highly valued.
