Responsibilities For SoC Correlation Product Engineer

  • Perform measurements that impact SoC power & performance for next generation products
  • Work on groundbreaking technologies & new designs with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with ATE and software teams to develop test cases and benchmarks
  • Characterize test setups and optimize production screening guardband
  • Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis
  • Manage multiple programs at different stages
  • Serve as central point of contact for multiple teams

Requirements For SoC Correlation Product Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with system level characterization using functional/virus like worst case use cases
  • Understanding of PDN impact on Vmin, ATE test content, and test hardware
  • Experience working with and driving cross functional teams
  • Statistical data analysis tools expertise
  • 5+ years meaningful experience
  • Experience in scripting (Python, JMP, PERL etc.) is a plus
