Apple's Silicon Technologies group is seeking a SoC Correlation Product Engineer to join their innovative team working on next-generation processor and system-on-chip development. Responsibilities For SoC Correlation Product Engineer

  • Perform measurements for SoC power & performance for next generation products
  • Work on groundbreaking technologies & new designs
  • Collaborate with multiple teams including design, validation, test, manufacturing
  • Work with ATE and software teams to develop case tests and benchmarks
  • Characterize test setups and optimize production screening
  • Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis
  • Manage multiple programs at different stages
  • Act as central point of contact for multiple teams

Requirements For SoC Correlation Product Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor concepts Vmin, Power, Impact of Temp / Aging
  • Good data exploration, statistical analysis and summarization skills
  • Understanding of system level characterization using functional tests
  • Strong fundamentals of PDN, Signal / Power Integrity
  • Understanding of ATE test fundamentals
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting language (Python, Perl, JSL)
  • Experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Data Conductor, Optimal+, Tableau) is a plus
