Responsibilities For SOC Front-End Engineering Program Manager

  • Drive technical issue resolution to enable timely silicon delivery
  • Drive internal program processes for high-quality silicon definition and design execution
  • Develop scripts and automation for scalable pre and post silicon SOC methodology
  • Evaluate and improve current processes and methodologies
  • Interface with multi-functional teams: Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System Hardware, Operations, and Software
  • Manage dependencies across various programs, functional teams, and sites
  • Handle issue reporting, bug tracking, and communication of program risks and status

Requirements For SOC Front-End Engineering Program Manager

Python
  • BS and 3+ years of experience in SoC/VLSI Chip Design, ASIC Chip Design or Technology process development
  • Experience integrating Hardware/Software or Hardware/Firmware development
  • Python or other scripting languages
  • Experience working in a dynamic engineering environment
  • Expertise owning and driving project development using well-defined metrics
  • Technical Program or Project Management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with ASIC & VLSI design flows
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Confluence, JIRA)
  • Experience with IP-XACT as an IP exchange format
