Description For SoC Power/Performance/Thermal Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we craft the future of technology and make the impossible happen. This role presents an extraordinary opportunity for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the Hardware Technologies team. The position focuses on driving power, performance, and thermal feature convergence across hardware and software to optimize customer experience for Apple's cutting-edge products.

The role encompasses silicon readiness and post-silicon phase of the product life cycle, including silicon bring-up preparation, HW/SW control feature integration, validation, and product mass-production support. The successful candidate will lead sophisticated investigations for multi-functional silicon and system debugs, culminating in executive-level reviews of power, performance, and thermal designs.

Working at the intersection of SoCs and products, you'll be instrumental in driving convergence across product, software, and hardware teams. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking technologies like the A18, M4, and R1 SoCs, which power devices from iPhones and Macs to the innovative Apple Vision Pro.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and deep technical expertise in SoC design and system integration. You'll be responsible for developing and communicating the bigger picture, managing program risks and timelines, and ensuring high-quality execution of feature workflows.

Join Apple's Hardware Technologies team to do your life's best work and help define the next big innovations that will surprise and delight the world. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology while collaborating with world-class engineers and leaders in silicon development.
