SoC Productization Engineering Program Manager

Apple is seeking a SoC Productization Engineering Program Manager to join their Hardware Technology organization. This role is central to the development of custom silicon products that power Apple's innovative device lineup. The position involves managing the entire lifecycle of silicon productization, from engineering design phases through production release and ramp.

The role requires working closely with Product Engineering/Test/DFT teams to ensure successful launch of new products and mass production support of high-volume SoCs. You'll be responsible for planning, implementation, and ongoing support of silicon from the productization standpoint, including managing build schedules, test program releases, and process maturity.

As a key member of the team, you'll interface with multiple internal Engineering and Material teams, driving closure of critical silicon issues and enabling collaboration between various departments. The dynamic environment demands flexibility, quick prioritization skills, and the ability to react swiftly to changing situations.

The position offers competitive compensation, including base pay ranging from $136,300 to $248,700, plus opportunities for stock awards and bonuses.
