Software Engineer, Mail Experience

At Apple, we're looking for a passionate software engineer to help shape the future direction of Mail on iOS, macOS, and visionOS. In this role, you'll develop new, innovative Mail features while enhancing existing ones like Mail Categorization, Summarization, and Writing Tools. You'll be involved in the entire process from brainstorming and prototyping to coding, debugging, shipping, and addressing customer feedback.

You'll collaborate with various teams including Mail Frameworks, WebKit, other iOS application and framework teams, and Apple's Human Interface group. The ideal candidate is imaginative, self-motivated, and deeply committed to craftsmanship and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing innovative Mail features
• Enhancing existing features like Mail Categorization, Summarization, and Writing Tools
• Participating in the entire development process from ideation to customer feedback
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
