Apple Store Online (ASO) is seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager to lead their Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the digital shopping experience for Apple's largest store. The position combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing a global team dedicated to delivering scalable, efficient, and customer-centric solutions.

The role involves reimagining the shopping experience and assisted sales touchpoints throughout the customer journey, including Voice/Chat systems, Payments, Customer Care, Delivery, Fulfillment, and various Digital Programs. As a technical and people leader, you'll be instrumental in shaping strategy while maintaining hands-on involvement in project execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in eCommerce and Contact Center technologies, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams.   • Experience with transactional systems such as SAP
  • BA/BS degree in a technical field, or 11+ years of relevant experience
