Sr. Product Design Engineer – Thermal Solution HW Design & Analysis

Apple is seeking a Senior Product Design Engineer specializing in Thermal Solution Hardware Design & Analysis to join their hardware team in Cupertino. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of thermal design for consumer electronics, where you'll lead mechanical & thermal design and architecture efforts with high visibility across the organization.

As a Sr. Product Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving thermal-mechanical solutions, hardware architecture, performance analysis, system integration analysis, and verification testing. You'll work with cutting-edge technology, developing system-level models to optimize thermal module-SoC integration and performing complex analyses of heat-pipe & vapor chamber performance.

The position requires expertise in FEA-CFD modeling, mechanical systems analysis, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with thermal design engineers to optimize hardware performance and participate in developing new modeling methods to meet challenging design requirements.

The role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $175,800 to $312,200, plus additional benefits such as stock options, comprehensive healthcare, and educational reimbursement.
