In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom digital circuits for SRAM, optimizing for power, timing, area, and yield. You'll work directly on components that influence CPU, GPU, SoC, Neural Engine, and Camera designs in Apple's Custom Silicon group.
Your responsibilities will span the entire design cycle, from architecture definition to post-silicon validation. You'll leverage your expertise in nanometer device physics, cache design, and RTL modeling to create cutting-edge solutions.
