The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in new product launches, with a BS in Industrial or Mechanical engineering. Experience with soft materials, mechanical fabricated parts, or related manufacturing processes is strongly preferred. The role requires international travel, particularly to supplier sites in Asia, and demands excellent communication skills.
