Description For Technical Program Manager - Watch

Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager - Watch

  • Lead team of engineers (DFx, DFm, test, SQE, PQE) in new product development
  • Drive contract manufacturer preparation for pre-production builds
  • Manage production process development, documentation, optimization and validation
  • Develop and implement new technologies to improve production quality
  • Provide direction and mentorship to engineering groups and factory technicians
  • Lead Design for Manufacturability initiatives
  • Perform product engineering from concept to end of life
  • Conduct failure/data analysis using Six Sigma principles
  • Provide regular VP level communication of technical health of program
