Responsibilities For Technical Program Manager - Watch

  • Lead a team of engineers (DFx, DFm, test, SQE, PQE, etc.) in support of new product development
  • Drive technical operational issues related to SMT and system integration processes
  • Provide manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are manufacturable in high-volumes
  • Design and develop complex processes for precision assembly
  • Work with CapEx, Equipment design, and Factory teams for assembly and test equipment qualification
  • Lead yield management and drive Failure Analysis
  • Provide VP level communication of technical health of program
  • Implement statistical tools for process control and capability
  • Plan and implement complex procedures for testing and evaluation of products

Requirements For Technical Program Manager - Watch

  • BS in related Engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
