Description For US Enterprise Channel Technical Service Engineer

Apple is seeking a US Enterprise Channel Technical Service Engineer to join their Sales and Business Development team. This role represents a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most innovative technology companies, focusing on enabling enterprise solutions and partner success.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in Apple technologies, who will work closely with reseller and managed service partners to ensure successful implementation of Apple platforms in enterprise environments. You'll be responsible for providing technical sales and service delivery consultations, helping partners deliver best-in-class Apple practices and solutions at scale.

As a Technical Service Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of technology and business, working with partners' Technical Solutions Architects to drive Apple's ecosystem integration into complex IT environments. Your role will involve evaluating and architecting solutions for deployment, security, SSO, and Zero Trust implementations, ensuring that Apple devices are seamlessly integrated into enterprise environments.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $149,400 to $224,900, along with comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and various stock programs. You'll have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through discretionary restricted stock unit awards and participate in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

This role requires up to 40% travel and offers a hybrid work arrangement from the New York City Metro Area.
