Wi-Fi/BT Stability QA Engineer

The Wireless Technologies team is looking for a highly qualified software engineer to help ensure quality and stability for Wi-Fi/ BT Technologies for iPhones, iPads, Macs, Watches, AirPods, Vision, Apple TV and HomePods.

As a Wireless Stability Engineer, you will join a dynamic team responsible for the stability of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Thread software on Apple products. The successful candidate will be involved in software stress and stability testing for Wi-Fi/BT/Thread technologies and its features for iPhones/iPads, Apple Watches, Apple TV's and Mac product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct software stress and stability testing for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Thread technologies
• Ensure quality and stability of wireless technologies across various Apple products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experience
• Apply SQA methodologies and best practices in testing processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Experience in testing Wireless technologies - Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth - Stability, Functional, and Performance Testing
• Automation experience in C/C++ or scripting skills in Python/shell
• Deep understanding of SQA methodologies & practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Attention to detail and focus on customer-meaningful improvements
• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
