Responsibilities For Wireless Power Architect
- Analyze, define and track power targets for wireless power sub systems
- Develop and document system architecture for wireless power management
- Write requirements, specifications, and test plans for hardware and FW
- Define factory tests and work with factory for failure analysis
- Guide team in development of algorithms and state-transition diagrams
- Interface with cellular chipset vendors
- Optimize power delivery trade-offs
- Conduct feasibility studies
- Work on wireless power charger system architecture and verification
Requirements For Wireless Power Architect
- Experience in Power & Magnetics (Electromagnets, Motors, Transformers)
- Experience in Power electronics circuit simulation and modeling
- Experience with Electromagnetic simulations and modeling
- Familiar with Power converter topologies
- Hands-on experience in prototype bring-up and debugging
- Experience with high frequency transformer theory and modeling
- Experience with high volume manufacturing
- Familiarity with common lab equipment and measurement techniques
- BS and minimum 3 years relevant industry experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
