WW Ops BPR Project Manager, Order Management / S4HANA Migration

We are looking for an individual that understands the importance of business architecture and has built groundbreaking supply chain solutions using SAP Hana platform/applications.

As part of our Worldwide Operations Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, and processes, that enable the business to grow, increase efficiencies, and drive innovation while improving customer experience. You will be driving key initiatives, developing solutions with IS&T partners that support a broad cohesive operations supply chain strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and identifying business process re-engineering opportunities
• Developing solutions architecture
• Implementing solutions in SAP and other enterprise tools
• Managing complex, global initiatives supporting a wide range of initiatives
• Working closely with business teams on Quote to Cash processes, allocation planning, inventory management, order management, reverse logistics, and Procurement to Pay
• Identifying transformation opportunities as current SAP system migrates to SAP S/4Hana platform
• Analyzing short-term and long-term Business Risks, mitigation plans, and Continuity plans
• Negotiating with cross-functional teams and business partners
• Engaging with leadership to develop project timelines and communication plans
• Ensuring proper change management and project closure

The ideal candidate will have deep process re-engineering experience, be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP Sales & Distribution functionality, Business Risk and Continuity Planning, and leveraging S/4Hana transformation for optimizing global supply chain and B2B fulfillment processes and technology is preferred.
