Responsibilities For Autonomy Solutions Engineer
- Collect, organize, and manage autonomy data from test events involving Group 1-5 aircraft
- Develop and maintain databases for storing flight data
- Analyze large sets of flight data to identify trends and performance metrics
- Apply statistical and machine learning methods to extract insights
- Develop reports summarizing test event findings
- Create visual representations of autonomy performance data
- Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of flight tests
- Ensure data collection and reporting complies with regulations
Requirements For Autonomy Solutions Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related Engineering field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the DoD developing and optimizing autonomous systems for aircraft
- Strong proficiency with Python
- Strong proficiency with Pandas
- Strong proficiency with Data Visualization
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Must be willing to travel ~20% of the time
